PowerBaby-100 is a simple and practical USB Type-C PD 3.0-based power supply that efficiently delivers up to 100 watts. It features a current limiter, short-circuit protection, and an integrated voltmeter. It is compatible with standard-size (MB102-type) breadboards.

PowerBaby-100 is a safe and reliable method of powering experimental circuits without a bulky bench supply. It’s made for students, hobbyists, and engineers who experiment with and prototype electronic circuits.

PowerBaby-100 is made for prototyping and experimentation. It is ideal to be used in classroom, workshop, and lab environments. Students can safely power their circuits without the need of bulky and expensive bench power supplies. Prototypes can be powered on the go and in exhibitions using the commonly available USB-C chargers for laptops and mobile phones.

This is compact enough to fit in enclosures and potentially be used to safely power permanent installations. By making it open source, we enable tinkerers to change configuration resistors and capacitors to tune it to their preference.
